These terms cover sessions with Akshat Kapur, offered as The Philosophy Coach by Noosphere Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By booking a call or paying for a package, you agree to them.

One-to-one sessions, held online by video call (Google Meet), that combine philosophical counselling, practical exercises and goal-oriented life coaching.

We start with a free introductory call of 30–45 minutes. After that, sessions are sold as a package of four, each 45–60 minutes long. Between sessions, we stay in touch on WhatsApp, as described on the How it works page.

This is not a substitute for clinical therapy, psychiatric care or medical advice. I don’t diagnose or treat mental illness, and I may suggest other forms of support if they’d help you more.

Sessions offer questions, perspectives and exercises. The decisions you make in your own life remain yours, and we can’t promise any particular outcome.

You book the free intro call through the booking page on this site. If we both decide to go ahead, the four-session package costs ₹8,000, including all taxes, paid in advance through Razorpay. Your payment confirms the package, and we then send you a private link to book your four sessions.

Sessions are scheduled by mutual availability, ideally about once a week. The package should be used within 6 weeks of payment. If you need more time, each client can extend a package once.

If you are under 18, we need written consent from a parent or guardian before sessions begin.

What you share in sessions is kept confidential. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including session notes.

The text, logo and materials on this site, and any material shared with you in sessions, belong to Akshat Kapur or Noosphere Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited. Please don’t copy or republish them without permission.

We provide sessions with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your package.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. If something goes wrong, please write to us first at hello@thephilosophycoach.com so we can try to put it right.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to any booking or payment made after it was published.

Payments for sessions are taken by Noosphere Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited.
