How it works

How do we start?

We start with a free 30–45 minute call. If it feels right, we book four sessions, 45–60 minutes each, online, about once a week. ₹8,000 for the four.

What happens in a session?

In a session, I mostly ask questions. What do you want, what’s getting in the way, and why does it matter so much to you? I also watch: which thought makes your face light up, what you talk about as if you’re half asleep. Those usually say more than the answers do. The real question tends to show up by the second or third session.

Often there’s a belief underneath that you’ve never looked at directly: that you have to earn being loved, that a good life is the one your family planned for you. We look at where it came from and whether it holds up. Bigger questions come up too, about freedom, love and sexuality, loneliness and meaning. Philosophy comes in where it helps: a book I’ll recommend, a passage we read together, even a research paper.

Can I say anything?

You can say things here you haven’t said to anyone, even a sexual fantasy you think is immoral, and nothing gets judged. If what you need that day is to rant, I’ll listen for most of the hour.

I’ll push back, argue the other side, tell a story, or crack a joke. It depends on you and on the day.

What happens after a session?

Toward the end we go over what came up, and you leave with one thing to try, specific enough to actually do. A summary follows on WhatsApp.

Between sessions, WhatsApp works like a diary: write down whatever comes up and we’ll pick it up next time. When it helps, I’ll do some reading or research on your behalf. How closely I hold you to what we agreed is something we decide together. It’s your life, and I’m not trying to run it.

How long will this take?

Most people come during a rough patch or with specific problems. They meet more often for a while, then less, like a session a month. Six to eight sessions are typical. Results mostly show after 4–6 sessions, though it varies from person to person.
